Aristeo managed the construction of three major expansion programs at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky, Toyota’s largest vehicle manufacturing plant in the world.
Aristeo managed the construction of three expansion projects for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky in Georgetown, KY. The first project was a 23,000 square foot expansion to the body weld shop, the second was 313,000 square feet of additional building space at the body weld building and the third was a 125,000 square foot paint shop addition.
Across the three major expansion programs, Aristeo managed the project and solved for an aggressive delivery schedule, design changes and unforeseen bedrock conditions, working closely with Toyota throughout all challenges to ensure the project finished on time.
Aristeo also installed 1,500 linear feet of underground utilities, modified an existing fire loop, moved over 50,000 cubic yards of earth and rerouted the production road while maintaining the flow of plant traffic. Aristeo self performed site work, foundations, concrete slabs, slab on grade and structural steel. The successful completion of the first project assisted Aristeo in securing six additional expansion projects.
