The new 475,000 square foot Reborn Paint Shop for Toyota’s largest manufacturing plant in the world was part of the auto manufacturer’s $1.33 billion investment to expand its Georgetown, KY facility.
Aristeo partnered with affiliate company Stenco Construction to lead the construction of a new 475,000 square foot paint shop at Toyota’s Georgetown facility, part of the company’s 2017 $1.33 billion investment in Kentucky. Aristeo managed a significant portion of self perform work on the site, including site work, foundations, underground utilities, site pavement and power distribution, building mechanical, building enclosure, interior steel and interior finishes. Aristeo’s expertise in managing and self performing concrete and steel services ensured this project finished on time and on budget, allowing the facility more production flexibility and streamlined processes.

This project included a unique service of a tanker unload and PVC tanker containment areas, including steel beams, miscellaneous metals and embedded steel. We also set 34 new HVAC units, 20 associated condensing units and nine new unit substations and building electrical systems via helicopter and power distribution.
