OVERVIEW

Aristeo led the campus modernization for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky (TMMK). As part of the KFlex Facility Management program, Aristeo managed dozens of projects across the 1,300 acre site. We meticulously prepared schedules, deliveries and laydown to ensure minimal disruption to plant activities. We successfully delivered all projects and continue to partner with Toyota on future projects.

PROJECT SCOPE

The KFlex Modernization Program included the following projects:

Replace conveyor lines with Automated Guided Vehicle (AGC) lines for the new Flex Production Line. We also provided truss reinforcement and an overall facility renovation for Building 200.
Update Body Weld building with a clean and bright interior, exterior repairs, mezzanine structural steel support and new wall openings for an overhead door
Renovate both Chassis and Plastics building with projects like new clean & bright projects, painting, truss reinforcing and placing new slab on grade
Connecting Building 100 and Building 400 via two breezeways, one of which had to be completed in phases to allow for roadway traffic to remain open
22,000 SF N1 Trailer Lot expansion, including relocating FTZ fencing and self performing associated earthwork
Create five new storm shelter restrooms across two buildings and one restroom in the Stamping Building
Five bay truck dock expansion, fire protection re-route and new asphalt & concrete paving at the North Truck Dock
