Aristeo managed the construction of a 14,000 square foot building addition to the Drivability Test Facility to house a new EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) test chamber.
The scope for this addition consists of a 14 foot pit for a chassis dynamometer, pre-engineered building construction, control room, four Very Early Warning Aspirating Smoke Detection Apparatus Systems, four pre-action fire suppression systems and all MEP services for the building and test facility. Aristeo tied in the new building to the existing facility without interrupting the owner’s operations, successfully coordinated construction with the owner’s test chamber contractor and managed multiple design changes. Our team completed the project on time for the scheduled testing.
