Aristeo Values Awards are a prestigious internal recognition given to team members who embody our values of safety, integrity, excellence, ingenuity, grit and comradery. At our recent Town Hall, we celebrated 15 team members for their dedication and success.

The fabrication shop has maintained an impeccable safety record, and Tyler’s leadership helped make that possible.

We have received incredibly positive feedback from team members, clients and subcontractors on how helpful, supportive and effective she was in leading our safety program onsite.
Ingenuity
A hallmark of Aristeo’s construction solutions is how we apply ingenuity to all we do. This award honors those who provide bold, forward-thinking solutions.

Chris has fully embraced the rollout of a new project management software as a field leader. Not only does he use it himself daily, he will push the office staff to upload certain items, add him to job folders, etc. He has been a champion for the technology solution.
Joda Kus, Superintendent
Joda has always been experienced with layout using our robotic total stations, including supporting and establishing accurate controls for jobs with GPS Model Building. He was responsible for the layout and install at a recent project with 100 percent success on location and elevation—with thousands of anchor bolts across the site, we did not have to adjust or move any anchor bolts.

Our team is known for their incredible work ethic, and this award honors those who showcase pride, perseverance and hard work.
Ethan Antonishak, Senior Project Engineer
As a key onsite estimating representative at an out-of-town jobsite, Ethan has tackled everything thrown his way from pricing smaller onsite projects and budgets to large-scale bulletins and packages, all with extremely tight deadlines.
