As we look ahead to moving into our new headquarters, we also want to honor the past offices that have propelled our success throughout our 45 years.
Aristeo started in a one-room, basement-level office in Southfield, MI. This office is where connections were made that cultivated customer relationships that are still long-lasting to this day. The small, but mighty team was located here for about a year before needing additional space.
The growing team moved into a new office space on the second floor and stayed there for about a year. Not only did the team have a larger office to accommodate the three office staff (not including the field), but they also had a reception area at this Redford, MI office.
Our third office brought the team to Livonia, where we’re currently headquartered. This 2,700 SF shared office also included a warehouse to store the trucks and small tools we had acquired. Aristeo had a reception area and one office. The team worked out of here for six years.
Our fourth office was located right next door to our current space, and we shared the front half of this building with one of our subcontractor partners, Midwest Pro Painting. The team was here for seven years before moving to our current location.
In 1993, Aristeo purchased our current headquarters in Livonia. Originally, the building was just half the size of what it currently is, but as the team grew, so did the building. Altogether, there were three phases of expansions/renovations to 12811 Farmington Road, including a second floor addition, adding on to our warehouse/mechanic/fabrication shop space and more. Our current campus is 63,000 SF, including our current office, warehouse, and steel and mechanic shop space.
Our new building, located directly west of our current office, will add to our Livonia campus – stretching from Farmington Road to Stark Road. Our goal with the new building is to create a modern work environment that showcases our history and heritage, and we’re looking forward to moving in at the end of 2023.
