We celebrated 2023 as a record-breaking year, and continued to provide high quality services while remaining true to Aristeo’s core values of safety, quality, integrity, respect and customer service.
Top Supplier Awards
Ford honored Aristeo as a top supplier with the World Excellence Award in the Performance category, meaning we distinguished ourselves by achieving the highest levels of global excellence.
Toyota awarded Aristeo their top honor across all indirect suppliers: The Outstanding Business Partner Award. This award was given for consistently exceeding Toyota’s expectations on numerous projects over the year. Some of the strategic projects Toyota had previously engaged Aristeo to manage include a plant transformation at Toyota Kentucky without schedule delays and a perfect safety record, a building expansion for a new four-cylinder production line in Huntsville, Ala., and construction for the new Toyota Battery Manufacturing North Carolina (TBMNC).
Record Breaking Projects
We concluded many significant programs in 2023, including Ford’s Battery Center of Excellence, numerous projects at Toyota Kentucky, Heartland Farms Wind Park, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Alabama and initial phases of Ford’s Central Campus Building, among others. We also ramped up some of our biggest projects in 2023, like TBMNC and Ford’s Ohio Assembly Plant, and we’re proud of all the work we deliver to our customers. While supporting our customers, we managed five million manhours across projects spanning nine states. We also clocked 1.1 million self perform manhours with our in-house self perform services.
Developed our Growing Team
With all these project and company successes, we also prioritized expanding our team. We mentored nearly 120 apprentices and interns, added many new hires, provided over 5,000 training hours to our team, and conducted thousands of safety orientations for everyone on our job sites.
Built Our New Headquarters
2023 also marked the year we finished construction of our new 48,000 SF headquarters. This new building, located directly west of our previous office, will double the size of our Livonia campus. The new building will create a welcoming work environment that showcases our history and heritage, and provides space for our growing team.
We’re proud of our work in 2023 and are ready to kick off a successful 2024!
