ARISTEO’S LEADERSHIP ACADEMY FOSTERS THE NEXT GENERATION OF TALENT

Aristeo offers our employees dozens of in-house and external training opportunities as part of our extensive workforce development program. These training opportunities range from skilled trades and safety courses to project management and leadership/team management training – and much more.

One of our most intensive training opportunities is the Aristeo Leadership Academy, a six-month leadership training course. This course is designed to enhance the management, business and leadership skills of Aristeo’s next generation of talent across the field and the office.

Throughout the course of this program, we foster individuals to demonstrate excellent personnel management skills. Such skills include the ability to build strong teams and inspire them to succeed, and the confidence to successfully handle interpersonal conflict within those teams. 

The individuals who go through this academy have already proven themselves by living our core values of Safety, Ingenuity, Integrity, Grit, Excellence and Comradery. However, this program further encourages them to:

Nearly 50 graduates have gone through this program, and each and every one has exceeded expectations in the leadership of our teams and projects at Aristeo. Their strong work ethic, results-oriented mindsets and commitment to our customers is everything we strive for as a company. We are planning many more of these programs and look forward to expanding the leadership skills of each of our employees in the years to come.
