Aristeo Construction served as design/build general contractor on gallery enhancements for Varsity Lincoln Mercury in Novi, Michigan. The scope of work included the façade upgrade to the new gallery portfolio. Aristeo’s self-perform experience provided the Owner and Ford Motor Land Services Corporation with hands-on expertise and project controls that were essential to coordinating the work while the dealership remained in full operation. Continual operation of sales and service was critical to the Owner, with the safety of both customers and employees as our number one priority.
