US Manufacturing Plant Renovation
Aristeo Construction Company teamed with Oliver Hatcher Construction & Development to renovate what is formerly known as Warren Tank Arsenal Plant for US Manufacturing Corp. Working closely with the construction manager, Aristeo constructed multiple machine foundations, wet decks and a press pit. We installed a waste water treatment containment area, nine new truck docks, and a new receiving and shipping area. We removed and replaced over 500,000 FT2 of existing floor slabs and installed sidewalks and concrete pavement for a new vehicle entrance. Overall, we placed 12,300 cubic yards of concrete.
There were multiple trades working throughout the site during all phases of construction, which required careful coordination and communication among the entire team to assure safe completion in a timely manner.
