Aristeo served as general contractor on the new dealership for Stu Evans Lincoln Mercury in Clinton Township, Michigan. Our scope of work included site development of a greenfield site to a new flagship dealership and service center known as Stu Evans Lakeside.
In addition to managing all subcontractors, Aristeo self-performed the excavation, site utilities, stormline, fireline and concrete work, as well as fabricated and erected the structural steel for the new building.
