Aristeo Construction served as self-perform concrete and structural steel contractor for a new Jaguar dealership in Novi, Michigan. Aristeo was also called upon by the Owner to assist the general contractor with coordinating all the sub-trades to overcome scheduling setbacks. Our self-perform experience provided the Owner with the “handson” expertise and project control that proved essential in completing this dealership. We formed and poured the structural concrete foundations, slab on grade, specialty concrete unique undulating sidewalks, colored exterior concrete and stained concrete floor in the service area. Aristeo’s Steel Division also installed the building’s structural steel.
