Aristeo Construction served as construction manager on the new dealership for Hines Park Ford in New Hudson, Michigan. The scope of work included developing the 11.3 acre site into a new dealership and service center, which incorporated design features of Ford’s preferred Trustmark brand. While serving as construction manager, Aristeo self-performed the excavation, site utilities, concrete foundations, and concrete slab on grade. We also fabricated and erected the building’s structural steel.
