Our History
Agostino Aristeo, Sr. introduced his sons to the construction industry and took deep pride in passing on his values and work ethic. In 1977, he fulfilled a life-long dream by starting Aristeo Construction Company with his oldest son, Joseph A. Aristeo. Together they recognized the value of hard work, persistence and dedication. From day one, customer satisfaction has been of critical importance.
The Company’s growth has been planned, steady, and oftentimes obtained through repeat business. After 30 years of growth and change, the challenges are ever-changing. Today’s challenges are developing the correct organizational structure with flexibility for growth in a highly competitive construction market and communicating core values to a growing number of employees. Given these challenges one thing remains consistent−the work ethic and down-to-earth values passed on by Agostino Aristeo, Sr. highly visible by the Company’s dedicated workforce:
“Work hard, be honest, be safe, respect people, and do the work right. You will have bad times,
but without them you’ll never appreciate the good times.”
~ Agostino Aristeo Sr.
