Community Involvement
Aristeo continually participates in serving the community, whether here in metro Detroit or elsewhere throughout North America. We understand we are members of the communities where we work and strive to leave each place a little better than we found it. We help non-profit organizations and charities with monetary donations, as well as contributing our time and energy. Below are a few examples:
-
Since 2005, we have participated in the annual Rouge River Rescue in metro Detroit to help remove debris and paint playground equipment in the parks, as well as lift tires, shopping carts and vehicles from the river. Aristeo’s environmental initiatives focus on improving and preserving our community, so we are thrilled to join hundreds of volunteers throughout the Detroit area.
-
We donated pallets of bottled water for the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
-
We coordinated the effort which encouraged employees to donate generously to the Michigan Building Trades & Construction Industry’s 911 Relief Fund and even had a member of our staff go to New York to help out with the search and rescue effort.
-
Employees run marathons and join charity walks to raise money for great
causes: Juvenile Diabetes, American Cancer Society, Avon Breast
Cancer Awareness, and Brain Tumor Association just to name a few. -
During the holiday season, we collect hundreds of toys which we donate to
