Based on our mission to provide full service capabilities for our customers, Aristeo has grown to include a family of companies and affiliate organizations. Each of these enterprises has been developed to address a unique service requirement of our clients. The following information provides a synopsis of these enterprises.
Aristeo Construction
The heart of the Aristeo story−Aristeo Construction−was established in 1977 to provide general contracting services. Early work concentrated in the areas of earthwork and concrete placement. The Company has grown to include all aspects of construction including self perform trade construction, steel fabrication and erection, rigging services, design/build, general contracting, and construction/program
management and facilities management services.
Aristeo Steel Division
In recognition of the need for rapid production of high quality miscellaneous steel fabrications, Aristeo’s Steel Division was formed in 1991 with the purchase of Kaufmann Construction Company. By managing our own supply chain, we meet the demanding schedules of our clients more effectively. With increasing demand and in recognition of our quality, we have quickly grown into a full structural steel fabrication
and erection company serving not only our Aristeo family of clients,
but clients in other markets.
Aristeo Rigging & Erectors LLC
Over the years, Aristeo has provided a great deal of construction service to the automotive industry, facilitating revisions to their process and building layouts. Equipment/tooling removal and installation are major parts of renovating and expanding a manufacturing plant. Aristeo Rigging & Erectors LLC was formed in 2004 to further expand the scope of services we offer our automotive and non-automotive clients.
Aristeo self-performs more aspects of construction enabling us to deliver
a complete project package from an industrial renovation to a greenfield site project.
Aristeo International Inc
In this world of globalization, our customers maintain operations throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. To respond to the needs of our clients regardless of location, we formed Aristeo International in 2005. Individual countries have regulatory requirements and practices different from US standards. Aristeo International provides the flexibility required to address such differences throughout North America while providing the same, high level of service and satisfaction our customers expect in our
US operations.
Aristeo Services LLC
Providing infrastructure services is a growing need among our large, industrial client base. To address this unique service request, we formed Aristeo Services, LLC in 2007. Under the broader heading of Facilities Management, we provide basic services such as janitorial, fleet maintenance, building maintenance, landscaping/snow removal,
industrial services, power house and waste water treatment plant operations
and other services necessary to support the production activities of our clients.
Stenco Construction
Founded in 1997, Stenco Construction is a partnership between Chuni Gala of Gala & Associates and Aristeo Construction. Stenco provides general contracting and construction/program management services to the automotive and commercial markets. Gala & Associates is a provider of architectural engineering, design, and project management service for automotive and industrial clients. Gala provides assistance to
both Stenco and Aristeo; Gala maintains a strong and successful client base,
understands our mutual clients’ needs, and supports both the efforts of Stenco
and Aristeo. Stenco also has a unique service skill not found within the Aristeo
family; a strong self-perform interior finish group that specializes in office
build-outs, hotel, restaurant, and a variety of finished spaces. Stenco is able
to provide quality construction services for clients operating under specific
societal and governmental program guidelines.
